As per scriptural rules, householders will observe this divine fast on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. Vaishnava traditions that follow Udaya Tithi will observe Ekadashi on 31 December 2025. After completing the fast, devotees must perform Parana, the ritual of breaking the fast, at the appropriate time. The auspicious Parana time will remain from 01:29 PM to 03:33 PM on 31 December 2025. Devotees should complete the fast during this sacred period. For Parana, devotees should offer Panchamrit, Tulsi leaves, sesame seeds, and seasonal fruits to Lord Vishnu and then partake of the prasad to receive the complete merit of the fast.
