December 12, 2025 Friday

Gopeshwar Mahadev Mandir in Vrindavan is dedicated to Lord Shiva, but in a female form. Legend says that Shiva took the form of a Gopi (cowherd girl) to witness the Raas Leela of Lord Krishna and Radha, as no male was allowed to enter.
