Shri Kale Ram Temple: The Original Deity

Shri Kale Ram Temple is unique because it houses the original idols of Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman that were worshipped by King Vikramaditya nearly 2000 years ago. The idols are made of black stone (Kasauti stone).

Significance: Historical Survival
- The Idol: When Babur attacked, the priests hid these idols in the Saryu river. They were later recovered and installed here.
